On June 13th, Ningshing Holdings held a specialized customs knowledge training session at the Party Constitution School in Gulou, Haishu District, Ningbo, with the participation of 50 staff from the import and export sector. This session was a continuation of the personalized guidance provided by Ningbo Haishu Customs office during their previous visits to Ningshing Holdings in May, with the goal of enhancing the participants' understanding and practical use of customs policies to ensure smoother and more compliant import and export processes.
The training was led by five experienced instructors from different departments of the Haishu Customs office. They provided a thorough overview on a range of topics, including the principles and application of Rules of Origin and the RCEP agreement, the complexities of commodity coding and classification, the requirements and procedures for AEO certification, the regulatory frameworks for imported food and cosmetics, and the relevant tax relief measures. They also addressed attendees' queries at the spot.
The session included policy analysis, procedural clarification, case-based recommendations, and interactive discussions, offering a rich and practical learning experience. The participants unanimously agreed that the training was enlightening and will be instrumental for their future work in the field.
